Checklist *

__ Ensure driveway is clear of cars and debris (toys, hoses, yard tools, etc)
__ Put away trash cans, recycle bins & security signs
__ Have the yard freshly mowed and cleared of all clutter / neatly organized
__ Turn on all lights and lamps (including over the stove)
__ Replace burned-out bulbs
__ Turn off ceiling fans
__ Remove clutter throughout the house
__ If homeowner does not want child’s name or personal photos shown, take them down
__ Put away or hide booster seats, high chairs, toys, etc.
__ Take down and store holiday items so photos are not dated
__ Store or hide all medical equipment (cpap, prescription bottles, etc)
__ Ensure items stored under beds are not visible
__ If there is a security fence around a pool and you do not want it seen in photos, remove it
__ Remove pool equipment (hoses, vacuums, chlorine dispensers, noodles) from pool and store out of sight
__ For a dusk/twilight shoot please ensure there is a hose available to help create reflections

Note: on the day of the scheduled session, please arrive before the photographer to ensure the home is ready to be photographed.

If the home is not photo-ready or is in any way unsafe, the photographer reserves the right to not shoot the assignment and will charge a non-refundable $20 transportation fee.
